Fast and Detailed Notes
Progress Notes are generated and available for review at the completion of the patient visit. By generating the progress note after each patient encounter, the physician, together with the nurse liaison can review, amend, and submit the final copy of the note directly into PCC. This will ensure an accurate and error free progress note.
